Terms & Conditions
The standard terms under which we quote, supply, install and service diagnostic imaging equipment.
Quotations
Quotations are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise and are subject to equipment availability at the time of order confirmation. Prices exclude taxes and duties unless expressly included.
Orders and payment
Orders are confirmed on receipt of a signed quotation or purchase order. Payment terms are agreed in writing per project and typically involve a deposit, a payment on delivery and a balance on acceptance testing.
Delivery and installation
Delivery dates are estimates given in good faith. Installation assumes the site is ready, including RF shielding, power, HVAC and cryogen venting, in line with the agreed site survey report.
Warranty
New and certified refurbished systems carry a twelve-month parts-and-labour warranty from the date of acceptance testing, unless a different period is stated in the quotation. The warranty excludes damage from misuse, unauthorised modification or environmental failure.
Service contracts
Service plan coverage, response windows and included parts are defined in the individual service agreement. Response commitments apply during the stated coverage hours.
Liability
Our liability is limited to the value of the equipment or services supplied. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss of revenue arising from equipment downtime, except where required by law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, United States.
