Shawn Williams Supplies was built on a simple observation: buying a scanner is easy, but keeping it scanning is what determines whether the investment pays back.

We don't sell machines. We deliver imaging capability.
After twenty years working alongside hospital administrators, radiologists and biomedical engineers, we know that a successful MRI project is decided long before the magnet arrives — in the site survey, the specification and the service agreement.
We began as a service business, maintaining scanners other companies had sold. That gave us an unusual view: we saw which platforms held up, which installations were rushed, and which service contracts left departments stranded at the worst possible moment.
Today we supply new and certified refurbished systems from GE HealthCare, Siemens Healthineers, Philips, Canon and Esaote, and we still service every one of them ourselves. Our engineers are the same people who sign off the install — which is exactly why they take their time doing it.
