FAQ

The questions imaging buyers ask us most.

If yours isn't here, call us — we'd rather answer it directly than have you guess.

Do you sell new or refurbished MRI systems?

Both. We supply new systems from major manufacturers and certified refurbished scanners that have been de-installed under supervision, fully tested and rebuilt to a documented standard. Every refurbished system ships with a twelve-month parts-and-labour warranty.

How long does an MRI installation take?

Once the room is ready, rigging and commissioning typically take one to two weeks. Lead time from order to first scan is usually four to nine weeks depending on the platform and the amount of site preparation required.

Do you handle site planning and RF shielding?

Yes. We carry out the site survey, model the 5-gauss line, and coordinate RF shielding, HVAC, chiller capacity and cryogen venting with your contractors before equipment arrives.

What areas do you serve?

We are based in Cleveland, Ohio and serve hospitals, imaging centers and clinics across the United States and Canada, with international supply available on request.

What is included in a service contract?

Plans are tiered. All of them include scheduled preventive maintenance and a guaranteed response window; higher tiers add parts cover, coil replacement, cryogen fills and unlimited emergency call-outs.

How quickly do you respond to a breakdown?

Contracted customers get a response within 24 hours, and most call-outs in our core service region are attended the same or next working day.

Can you help with financing?

We work with equipment finance partners and can structure lease or instalment options alongside your quote. Tell us your budget cycle and we will build the numbers around it.

Do you provide technologist training?

Yes. Applications support and on-site technologist training are included with every installation, with refresher sessions available as your team changes.
